• Why do I get a 530 error when trying to FTP to my account?

I get a message like:
530 User xxx access denied...(bad shell)! Logon failure, so quitting

When you log on to a sub account via ftp, the Host Name / Address field in ftp is the domain name of the master account, not the sub account. User ID is the username of the subaccount, and the Password is the password of the subaccount.

  You can access the log files in your sub account from the console utility.

• How do I configure Email options for my subaccounts?

   When you log into your console and select the Sub Accounts option you will be presented with a form that looks exactly like the one below.   You will have direct access to controll not only your POP Addresses, E-Mail Forwards & Auto Responders but your sub accounts as well.
